Korean Air added its code on Kenya Airways' Nairobi-Khartoum service on 31 March.

The airline will codeshare five times weekly on the route, says a Korean Air spokeswoman.

Korean Air operates a thrice weekly Seoul Incheon-Nairobi service, which was launched on 21 June 2012.

Both carriers are members of the SkyTeam alliance, and Khartoum is the capital city of Sudan.
