Technik and Rolls-Royce have today formally opened
the new facility for their joint venture N3 Engine Overhaul Services, which is
located in Arnstadt, south of Erfurt
in the German state of Thuringia.

global network with, altogether, 27 companies.”
April the joint venture has taken delivery of more than 10 turbofans, and the
first engines have already been serviced. The venture expects to overhaul 130
engines in its first two years, and eventually handle 200 per year.
