Japanese carrier StarFlyer has expanded its MRO partnership with Lufthansa Technik.

The German maintenance provider has been supporting the landing gears and CFM International CFM56 engines for the airline’s Airbus A320s since the beginning of the carrier’s operations in 2006.

Now, this contract has been extended until 2022 and broadened to include lease return checks, says LHT.

After it started operating with three aircraft, StarFlyer’s fleet now comprises 11 A320s.
