Lighthouse Aviation has raised debt against two newly acquired Bombardier CRJ-700ERs.

Lighthouse purchased the CRJ-700ERs with CF34-8C5B1 engines, via a special purpose company, from Maersk Aviation Holdings.

Lighthouse provided the equity in the transaction while Erste Bank provided the debt.

Both aircraft have a lease attached to South African Express Airways. The first aircraft, MSN 10028, was delivered new to Maersk Air in October 2001. The second aircraft, MSN 10039, was delivered new to Maersk Air in April 2002.
