Lion Technic is planning to employ eight EASA-certified maintenance personnel from Europe who will work with its line maintenance personnel at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International airport.

The eight will consist of five B1 mechanical engineers and three B2 avionics engineers, says Lion Technic parent LionAir.

Lion Technic president Romdani Adali Adang says the EASA-certified personnel will serve as mentors and help ensure that Lion’s line maintenance meets EASA standards.
