Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will launch services between Kota Kinabalu and Shanghai Pudong from 11 December.
The carrier will serve the route twice weekly, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Innovata Schedules show that MAS will be the sole operator on the route.
