Malindo Air plans to launch three new domestic services on 1 August from Kuala Lumpur's secondary airport, Subang.

The carrier says it will start daily Subang-Kuala Terengganu and Subang-Langkawi services, and a twice daily Subang-Alor Setar service, using ATR 72-600 turboprops.

Innovata schedules show that Malindo Air will compete with Berjaya Air and Malaysia Airlines' subsidiary Firefly on the Subang-Langkawi route.
