Rizon Jet sister company Oryx Jet has added a Bombardier Global 5000 to its fleet. The super-large aircraft will begin operations this month and will be based at Rizon's fixed based operation at London Biggin Hill airport.

"We are delighted to welcome the Global 5000 to our growing fleet," says Oryx Jet chief executive Mike Russell. "It enforces our business strategy to deliver our clients with unparalleled VIP business travel options to all corners of the world."

The Global will sit at the top of the Oryx business jet portfolio, which includes an entry-level Beechcraft Premier 1A, a super-midsize Dassault Falcon 50 and a large-cabin Challenger 604. The operator also operates a single-engined Eurocopter EC120B and a twin-engined AS355 helicopter.

"The aircraft management arm of our business is expanding at a rapid rate and we are confident the latest addition to our fleet will match the demanding needs for corporate and leisure travel, making business aviation more accessible to the emerging market," Russell says.
