A total of 26 Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft previously operated by US regional carrier Mesa Airlines are scheduled to be auctioned next month.
The aircraft are currently held by Wells Fargo Bank Northwest as owner trustee under various trust agreements.
The collateral will be auctioned in four lots: Lot 1 includes the 26 ERJ-145 aircraft with 52 Allison AE 3007-A1 engines, and minimum bid is $29.1 million, according to the notice of public sale.
Lot 2 includes six ERJ-145LR aircraft (MSNs 145273, 145327, 145367, 145534, 145567, 145568) built between 2000 and 2002. According to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database, the first three aircraft are owned by GECAS, the remaining three by Bank of America.
Lot 3 consists of 10 ERJ-145LR aircraft and 20 Allison AE 3007-A1 engines. The aircraft (MSNs 145179, 145218, 145259, 145353, 145384, 145429, 145481, 145490, 145765, 145769) built between 2000 and 2003. The first three aircraft are owned by GECAS, MSN 145353 by Daimler Capital Services, MSN 145384 by GECAS, MSN 145429 by Transamerica Aircraft Finance Group, MSN 145481 by Philip Morris Capital, MSN 145490 by Bank of America, MSNs 145765 and MSN 145769 by Citicorp North America.
Lot 4 comprises 10 airframes and 20 engines each. The aircraft (MSNs 145214, 145228, 145310, 145340, 145359, 145464, 145614, 145626, 145767, 145773) built between 2000 and 2003. The first two aircraft are owned by GECAS, MSNs 145310 and 145359 by Daimler Capital Services, MSN 145340 by GECAS, MSN 145464 by Refine, MSN 145614 by Transamerica Aircraft Finance Group, MSN 145626 by Bank of America, MSN 145767 and 145773 by Citicorp North America.
State Street Bank & Trust and Wells Fargo Bank Northwest are lenders participants.
According to the documents, the minimum bid for Lot 2 is $4.8 million. Minimum bid for Lot 3 is $11.5 million while the minimum bid for Lot 4 is $18 million.
The aircraft will sell at a public auction on 22 October.

Last month Aerovision Aircraft Services completed the purchase of a 10 ERJ-145LR aircraft fleet previously operated by Mesa Airlines.
