The owners of Russian operator Moskovia have appointed Yuri Basyuk as its new general manager.
Over the past six years Basyuk has worked for PowerJet, the joint venture between engine manufacturers Snecma and NPO Saturn.
He was employed as SaM146 programme co-director and Saturn deputy chief. Previously, Basyuk had managerial jobs at Transaero and Aeroflot.
Moskovia is a prospective operator of Sukhoi Superjet 100s. Under a deal with the airframer, it is due to receive two SaM146-powered aircraft shortly.
