Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering (HAECO), its Chinese subsidiary Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering and the operator of Guangzhou’s airport have inked a letter of intent to establish a joint-venture maintenance hangar facility in Guangzhou. The three intend to finalise a feasibility study by September.
