French bank Natixis has closed a commercial loan facility covering a new Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Avolon Aerospace Leasing.

The aircraft (MSN 38735) is the second of a two-aircraft transaction. Both aircraft were acquired by Avolon from Indonesia's Lion Air as part of a purchase and leaseback transaction for six units arranged by Transportation Partners.

The first delivery (MSN 38691) under this mandate closed in July.

Avolon has three more 737-800 deliveries scheduled to the Indonesian low-cost carrier. It closed the first transaction in February. The aircraft (MSN 38728) is operated by Malindo Airways.
