DME, wholly owned subsidiary of Astronics, has launched what it said is "the world's smallest and lightest" Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) for aviation.
The SATRO PLB will be available for sale in December, and will assist in pinpointing a target's whereabouts, and reducing location time from hours to minutes.
