Four Airbus A340-300s last operated by Olympic Airlines, the successor of Olympic Airways have been put for sale again.
The aircraft were first offered for sale last year but no bids successfully matched the asking price, CAO understands.
The four CFM56-5C4-powered aircraft, MSNs 235, 239, 282 and 290 were built in 1999. The aircraft belongs to the Greek government and have been parked since September 2009, when Olympic Airlines ceased operations.
Lazard & Co. is handling the sale and the aircraft are offered "as is where is" basis in their current location, Athens Eleftherios Venizelos airport.
