LATAM Airlines Group's new chief financial officer Andres Osorio will take over for Alejandro de la Fuente in August this year.
Osario has more than 20 years of experience in leading various companies including Cencosud, where he was chief financial officer for seven years.
Together with his team, Osario will manage the financial and investor relations areas of one of the largest airline groups in the world, says LATAM Airlines.
De la Fuente was named interim chief financial officer of LATAM Airlines Group in August 2012 after Libano Barroso stepped down from the position. He had been chief financial officer of LAN Airlines since 1995 and was responsible for corporate financing, treasury, accounting, tax planning and investor relations at the Chilean carrier.
