Panagiotoulias to oversee Hawaiian’s sales and alliances

Theo Panagiotoulias, a former vice president at airline technology company Sabre, has been named senior vice president of global sales and alliances at Hawaiian Airlines.

Panagiotoulias is responsible for managing Hawaiian’s strategic alliances with other airlines, global sales strategy and partnerships with travel agents and corporations, says the Honolulu-based carrier.

Panagiotoulias has 20 years of airline and travel sales experience. As vice president in Singapore at Sabre, he oversaw airline and community partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.

Earlier, Panagiotoulias worked for 15 years at American Airlines, holding sales and operations positions in Australia, China, Japan and Singapore, says Hawaiian.
