Dublin-based aerospace personnel agency Parc Aviation has acquired SGI Aviation Limited.
SGIA, which is also based in the Irish capital, is an EASA-approved Part M continuing airworthiness management (CAMO) and Part 21 design approved organisation (DOA).
The company will be renamed Parc Aviation Engineering Services and its employees will move to the new owner's premises.
Parc, a subsidiary of Oxford Aviation Academy, plans to "significantly develop and expand" the business as part of its technical support services division, says the company's chief executive, Sean Butler.
Regulatory authorities have yet to approve the transaction.
