Japan's All Nippon Airways is staying with Pratt & Whitney to power the five Boeing 777-200ERs it ordered in late 2009.

The agreement for 10 PW4074D engines is valued by P&W at $230 million at catalogue prices.

ANA's other 777-200ERs are all fitted with P&W powerplants.

It said the engines had "provided reliable operation" to the carrier since it brought in the 777s over 15 years ago.

P&W disclosed the engine agreement at the Paris air show.
