Sukhoi and Ilyushin Finance have outlined a deal under which the Russian lessor could take 20 Superjet 100s.

A heads-of-agreement document was inked at the Paris air show by the lessor's chief executive Alexander Rubtsov and Sukhoi president Andrey Kalinovsky. It envisages the financing of 15 standard-variant Superjet 100-95B aircraft for Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern customers, plus five jets of the planned long-range -95LR variant.

Under the terms of the tentative pact, Superjet deliveries to Illyushin Finance would start in 2015.
