Embraer has selected Parker Hannifin to supply four key flight control subsystems on the Phenom 300 light jet. Parker's Control Systems division, based in Irvine, California, will design and produce the aircraft's fly-by-wire spoiler system, electromechanical pitch trim system, yaw and roll trim actuation system and flap system. The company will also supply the Phenom's centralised electronic controller.
