Hainan Airlines' new regional subsidiary Grand China Express has received its first Embraer ERJ-145, which is also the 1,000th ERJ-145 family aircraft to be produced. Grand China Express Air took delivery of the aircraft on 28 September during a ceremony at Harbin Embraer, the aircraft manufacturing joint venture between Embraer and China's Harbin Aircraft.
