Royal Jordanian Cargo is acquiring stalls to meet growing demand for transporting horses throughout the Middle East region and to Europe.

The first two units can accommodate three horse each and the cargo subsidiary of the Jordanian flag carrier says it plans to add more of the 800kg (1,760lb) stalls, which cost €30,000 ($41,000) "in the near future".

The 800kg stalls, which cost €30,000, can be collapsed after unloading at the Royal Jordanian warehouse at Amman's Queen Alia International Airport

Brussels and Dubai are major stations for freighting horses on the Royal Jordanian route network.
