US regional carrier Pinnacle Airlines is changing its name to Endeavor Air, according to media reports.

The move comes after the airline emerged from bankruptcy on 1 May as a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. The carrier also recently relocated its corporate headquarters to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport from Memphis, Tennessee, and named a new president and chief executive, Ryan Gumm, the company's former senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Pinnacle did not respond to multiple requests for comment about the name change.

According to reports, Pinnacle will unveil a new logo on 26 June.
