Raytheon today confirmed that Charles Keegan is leaving the US FAA to join the manufacturer as a director of strategic development at its airspace management and homeland security (AMHS) division.

ATI yesterday reported that Keegan was resigning his post as the FAA’s VP for operations planning and director of the Joint Planning and Development Office (JPDO) after 26 years with the agency.

Keegan will assume his new job on January 30. He will report to AMHS VP Andrew Zogg.

“In his new position, Keegan will join the AMHS leadership team and direct Raytheon’s internal efforts to develop comprehensive solutions for the company’s transportation management businesses,” says Raytheon.
