Rolls-Royce names Booth as non-executive director

Rolls-Royce has appointed Lewis Booth as a non-executive director.

He will become chair of the audit committee with effect from 31 July.

Booth has been serving as executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Ford Motor Company since 2008.

He started his career with British Leyland, before joining Ford in 1978. Booth has held several senior positions within the company in Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA.
