Romania's suborbital Stabilo completes second unmanned flight

The Aeronautics and Cosmonautics Romanian Association's human spaceflight Stabilo-1B test vehicle has successfully completed its second unmanned flight. On 25 September at 0830h local time the Stabilo-1B was launched by balloon from Romania's Cape Midia Air Force Base launch site.
