Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is expanding its French regional connections through a new service which will connect Casablanca and Lille.

The new route will begin at a thrice-weekly frequency from 14 December, but by summer 2006 a further frequency will be added.

RAM is also considering adding a further link to Lille from Oujda.

The Moroccan carrier says: “Studies will be carried out to evaluate the potential of direct flights between Oujda and Lille for Moroccans residing abroad and the tourist clientele in France's Nord Pas-de-Calais region.”
