Irish budget carrier Ryanair appears set to open services to Paris Vatry Airport in the next couple of months.

The airline's Internet reservations system has listed Paris Vatry as a departure option, with routes to Oslo Rygge and Stockholm Skavsta.

Ryanair's system suggests these flights will be made available towards the end of June.

Vatry is located in a sparse region some 140km east of Paris. The airport was developed as a freight hub but has struggled to attract traffic.
