Ryanair to open Seville base in November

Budget carrier Ryanair has expanded its Spanish presence with a new base in Seville.

The airline will station two Boeing 737 aircraft in Seville from November 2010.

Its new base will offer 10 new routes between Seville and Bari, Eindhoven, London Gatwick, Marseille, Palma, Paris, Santiago, Valencia, Venice Treviso and Zaragoza.

Ryanair expects the base to raise its traffic through Seville to 1.5 million passengers.
