Santos Dumont has agreed to redeliver to financiers eight Boeing aircraft on behalf of LOT Polish Airlines as the carrier continues to renew its fleet.
The company will redeliver four Boeing 737-400 and four Boeing 767-300 aircraft on behalf of the Polish carrier.
Three 737-400s (MSNs 27156, 25164, 25740) and two 767-300s (26263, 24843) already have been delivered, and the remaining three units will be redelivered by 31 October 2013.
The aircraft are being redelivered to Aviation Capital Group, AWAS, TPG Capital, ILFC and AirTrust Capital.
Tomasz Stafiej, deputy of continuing airworthiness department director, LOT Polish Airlines, says:“We are pleased to partner with Santos Dumont on the redelivery of eight of our aircraft as we continue to renew our fleet and, in particular, replace all of our Boeing 767 aircraft with state-of-the-art Boeing 787s.”
