Saudi Arabian Airlines will launch thrice-weekly flights to Guangzhou in China from 26 March.

The carrier says that the Jeddah-Riyadh-Guangzhou route will be operated using Boeing 777 aircraft.

The Guangzhou service will be the airline's first destination in China for passenger flights. However, it has been operating four-times-weekly cargo service to Shanghai, adds Saudi Arabian Airlines.

According to schedules in Innovata, no other carrier links the Chinese destination with Jeddah.
