Scandinavian Airlines is to restore its connection between Stockholm and Hamburg, five years after pulling off the route.
The Star Alliance carrier says it will conduct two services each weekday, and one on Sundays, starting on 22 April.
"This is a much-requested route among [our] passengers and northern Germany is a key business area for many Swedish companies," says SAS Group commercial head Joakim Landholm.
Scandinavian Airlines will operate Boeing 717s and 737-600s on the route. The airline is planning 40 new routes in Europe this year from the Scandinavian capitals.
