Philippine carrier Seair is seeking capacity allocations from the country's Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) to operate services to Japan, Vietnam, China and the USA.

Seair is requesting 2,520 seats per week from Manila's secondary Clark Airport to Osaka, Hanoi and Hangzhou. It is also requesting 2,520 seats for the Manila-Fukuoka route.

In addition, Seair is seeking 1,260 seats per week for the Clark-Xiamen, Clark-Shenzhen and Clark-Guam routes.

In its application, it specified that it intends to operate the Airbus A319 or A320 aircraft on these routes.

Seair's international destinations include Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau.
