Advisory and asset management company Skyworks is exploring strategic options, including a possible sale of the company, people familiar with the situation indicate.
The company has hired an advisor to consider different plans for future growth on a confidential basis, says a source.
One possibility being discussed is the addition of a financial partner to create synergies through relationships or complementary products, the source indicates.
Skyworks was created in 2002 by the co-former founders of Seabury Group. Its platform includes Skyworks Capital, Skyworks Leasing and Skyworks Capital Asia.
