SkyWorks Leasing, which provides turn-key third party portfolio asset management, remarketing and financial advisory services, has arranged the sale of two A319-111 aircraft (1761, 1890) on behalf of Frontier Airlines to a special purpose company affiliated with VTB Leasing. The buyer has further contracted to acquire two A318-111 aircraft to be delivered in August 2008. After interior modifications, all four aircraft will be placed on long term lease contracts to STC Rossiya Airlines. Rossiya operates from Pulkovo and Moscow Vnukovo airports.

Flight’s ACAS database shows the airline flies a mix of Russian-built Ilyushin, Tupolev and Yakolev aircraft as well as five Boeing 737-500s and three Airbus A319s. Frontier previously said it would earn between $5 million and $16 million per aircraft.

SkyWorks Leasing also arranged the sale of three B747-400 aircraft (23818, 23819, 23820) to AFS Investments 74 LLC, a company controlled by GECAS. Global Principal Finance Company sold the three aircraft that are on long-term lease to Northwest Airlines.
