SMBC Aviation Capital says it has sold a Boeing 737-500 to a European carrier.

Flightglobal’s Ascend Fleets database shows that the operating lessor has one unit on lease to Greece’s charter carrier Hermes Airlines.

The 1998-vintage aircraft is owned by subsidiary Sumisho Aircraft Asset Management.

Over the past week, the lessor has also delivered an Airbus A319 to Bhutan Airlines, an Embraer 190 to Borajet and an A320 to Bangkok Airways.

It has also placed a new A320 with Chinese carrier West Air.
