South African Airlines has partnered with Porter Airlines to connect passengers from Johannesburg to Washington DC via Porter's base in Toronto.

The new interline agreement between Porter and South African was signed on 17 September. It allows South African to directly sell connecting tickets on Porter flights from Toronto's City airport to Washington-Dulles.

The agreement allows interline connections to several Canadian cities, including Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, St. John's and Halifax.
