SpiceJet to launch Riyadh, Guangzhou services

Indian low-cost carrier SpiceJet has announced that it will fly from Delhi to Riyadh and Guangzhou in 2013.

The airline will commence a daily service on the Delhi-Riyadh route on 4 January 2013, and will start four times weekly services on the Delhi-Guangzhou route from 8 February 2013.

Both routes will be served using Boeing 737-800 aircraft configured with 189 seats.

Innovata Schedules show that SpiceJet will compete with Air India and Saudi Arabian Airlines on the Delhi-Riyadh route, and China Southern Airlines on the Delhi-Guangzhou route.
