Chinese low-cost carrier Spring Airlines has filed an application with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) to operate three international services.

It plans to operate a daily Shanghai-Manila service, a four times weekly Shanghai-Siem Reap service and a twice weekly Shanghai-Cebu service, starting January 2013, says the CAAC.

It will use Airbus A320 aircraft on the three routes.

Innovata Schedules show that Spring Airlines will be the only operator on the Shanghai Pudong-Cebu route.
