Sukhoi buys back domestic bonds

Sukhoi Civil Aviation has bought back 403,384 Series BO-01 bonds. The put option was exercised by bondholders during the last 10 days of coupon 4.

Sukhoi issued the 3 billion rouble ($96 million) domestic bonds in December 2010 with a 8.25% yield for coupons 1-6. The bonds mature in December 2013.

Otkritie Bank and VTB Capital are the arrangers of the domestic bonds. Petrocommerce Bank is the joint arranger, and UBS Bank the co-arranger.

Rosbank, IC Capital, Russian Standard Bank, Sovcombank, Zenit Bank and Promsvyazbank are the co-underwriters.
