Sunrise Asset Management is expected to complete the acquisition of two Boeing 757-200s with RB211-535E4 engines from AerCap Partners I Holdings later this month.

The 1994-vintage aircraft, MSNs 27235 and 2723, will be operated by Allegiant Air.

Both aircraft, which have been in operation at Thomson Airways since new, are part of a six-aircraft sale announced by AerCap in April 2010.

AerCap also sold three 1992-vintage 757-200s (26963, 26964, 26966) as well as one 1993-built aircraft (26967), which is now on a sublease contract to Jet2.
