Superjet International's chief executive, Carlo Logli, is stepping down from the post barely a year after his appointment, and will be succeeded by Nazario Cauceglia.
Logli had been named to head the joint venture, which markets the Sukhoi Superjet 100, in early 2011.
Superjet International has not indicated the reason for the change, although it acknowledged Logli's "worthy efforts" and the "success achieved" under his tenure.
Cauceglia, previously chief technical officer of Alenia Aermacchi, will become the third chief of Superjet International, which was established just over four years ago and is co-owned by Alenia Aermacchi and Sukhoi.
It specialises in marketing the Russian-built twinjet to Western operators. The company's president and chairman is Carmelo Cosentino.
