Taiwan's China Airlines plans to launch a six times weekly Taipei Taoyuan-Busan service on 1 September.
It will also increase its Taipei Taoyuan-Palau service from four to five times weekly on the same date, says the airline.
Both routes will be served using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Innovata schedules show that China Airlines will compete with Air Busan and TransAsia Airways on the Busan route. On the Taipei Taoyuan-Palau route, China Airlines will compete with TransAsia, which will launch a twice weekly service on 6 July.
