Brazil's TAM has placed an order for two additional Boeing 777-300ERs.
Boeing says the $568 million deal also includes purchase rights for two 777-300ERs.
According to Flightglobal's ACAS database, TAM currently operates four 777-300ERs. Boeing says the new order increases the total number of 777s TAM has on order to 12 aircraft.
"These additional [aircraft] will help us expand our long-haul service capability to meet the growing market demand in Brazil and beyond," says TAM Holdings CEO Marco Bologna.
