TAM Airlines will relocate to terminal eight at New York's John F. Kennedy (JFK) airport from 1 April, joining partners American Airlines and LAN Airlines.
The Brazilian carrier announced earlier this month that it would join the Oneworld alliance in 2014, and signed a codeshare agreement with American this past December. It merged with LAN to form LATAM Airlines Group in June 2012.
The move will allow for better connections with its airline partners, says TAM.
Air Berlin, Finnair, Qatar Airways and Royal Jordanian also use terminal eight, which has 36 gates, at JFK.
