Transaero Airlines is to place a 3 billion rubles ($94 million) domestic bond offering on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) by the end of this week.
The Russian carrier registered the bond earlier this month and opened the orderbook on 28 October. It has hired Bank Otkritie, Nomos-Bank, Promsvyazbank, Bank BFA as arrangers of the placement.
The 3 billion rubles bond has a five-year maturity with a coupon guidance at 11.6-12.1% with a yield at 12.12-12.66%, according to a MICEX.
The issuance is part of a 13.5 billion rubles domestic bond programme.
Transaero has another bond financing scheduled to start trading later this year. The 2.5 billion rubles bond issue has a 2016 maturity. Sberbank, IC Troika Dialog are the issue managers while Sberbank and Sberbank CIB are the bookrunners.
