Russian carrier Transaero Airlines has registered a 3 billion rubles ($94 million) domestic bond offering on the MICEX stock exchange.
The issuance is part of a 13.5 billion rubles domestic bond programme.
The carrier made its debut in the bond market in October 2009 with a 3 billion rubles issue, which has a four-year maturity. Coupons 1-2 had a 16.95% yield; coupons 3-5 have a 11.85% yield while coupons 6-8 were priced at 12.5%.
The bond issue was organised by Promsvyazbank and co-organizers Sberbank, Troika Dialog, MFK Bank, Moscow Industrial Bank, Sobinbank and Rus-Bank.
It was underwritten by Alba Alliance KB with co-underwriters Alta-Bank, International Joint Stock Bank, Nefteprombank, Razvitie-Stolitsa Bank and Financial House IC.
In May 2012, Transaero purchased back 1.26 million rubles of its bonds issue through a put option.
Transaero has another bond financing scheduled to start trading later this year. The 2.5 billion rubles bond issue has a 2016 maturity. Sberbank, IC Troika Dialog are the issue managers while Sberbank and Sberbank CIB are the bookrunners.
