Azerbaijan Airlines sells three ATRs to NAC
Azerbaijan Airlines has sold three ATR aircraft to operating lessor Nordic Aviation Capital.
The transaction includes two ATR 42-500s, MSN 667 and 689, that were built in 2007 and 2008 as well as a single ATR 72-500, MSN 789, which was built in 2007.
According to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database, Azerbaijan Airlines's turboprop fleet also includes three 2008-vintage ATR 72-500s.
Air Niugini wetleased an ATR 42-300F (87) aircraft with PW121 engines from Farnair Switzerland. The 1988-vintage aircraft has been operated by Farnair Switzerland since 2000.
Airlinair leased ATR 72-500 (498) aircraft with PW127F engines from Nordic Aviation Capital. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Executive Airlines.
Airline Contract Maintenance and Equipment purchased an ATR 42-500 (623) aircraft with PW127E engines from ACL Leasing. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by CSA Czech Airlines.
L-3 Communications Advanced Aviation purchased a Bombardier Dash 8Q 400 (4067) aircraft with PW150A engines from AMRA Leasing. The 2002-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Flybe.
1201148 Alberta purchased a Bombardier Dash 8 100 (233) aircraft with PW121 engines from ERA Aviation. The 1990-vintage aircraft was operated by ERA Aviation since new.
