Crédit Agricole CIB closed yesterday the commercial financing of a new Airbus A321 (MSN 5663) for Turkish Airlines under a French structured lease.
The aircraft is the second of a three A321-financing arrangement for the airline, says the bank, which confirms the deal.
The deal was structured and arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB.
The French bank also acted as global debt and equity arranger, facility agent and security trustee in the transaction.
Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ also provided commercial debt for the deal.
