Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) launched services from Odessa to Istanbul Atatürk airport in Turkey on 1 May.
The flag carrier will operate the route once daily with a Boeing 737 configured in a two-cabin layout.
UIA's Odessa-Istanbul route launch comes alongside several frequency increases on services from Ukraine's capital Kiev in May.
Flights to Paris will be operated up to four times daily, while Helsinki, Milan, Rome, Brussels, Barcelona and Madrid will all be operated once daily.
The domestic Kiev-Odessa link will also become up to twice daily, while Kiev-Simferopol will be operated up to thrice daily.
